A different construction.
The same design direction.
The buyer initially discussed a crewneck sweatshirt, then changed the brief to a cotton knitted jumper with jacquard artwork. Blesstop reviewed the construction change, requested the material direction and compared quantities before the buyer confirmed 100 pieces in each of two colours.
The buyer supplied design and logo files and explained that the artwork carried cultural meaning. Development therefore needed to address both garment construction and the accuracy of the original artwork. The sample review brought the buyer’s artwork, material preferences and construction requirements into one development brief.

Use the sample to uncover the decisions.
Blesstop shared photographs and video of the first pre-production sample. The buyer then requested a heavier knit feel, colour swatches, matching cuffs, a wider and thicker neckline, a wording correction and a different care-label position.
These points became a concrete revision brief. Blesstop subsequently shared two knit-thickness options and colour references; the buyer indicated a preferred thickness and continued the colour review.
Specific comments.
Practical next steps.
The review focused on knit feel, colour, artwork accuracy and finishing. Clear comments made it possible to compare options and keep the next development steps specific.
| Review point | Follow-up in the project |
|---|---|
| Heavier knit feel | Two thickness options were shared through photographs and video. The buyer confirmed a preferred thickness. |
| Brown and cream colours | Yarn colour references and a colour-placement layout were exchanged to align the body and artwork colours. |
| Garment wording | The buyer flagged a missing letter on the sample. Updated wording was visible in the later production-review photographs. |
| Cuffs and neckline | The buyer requested cuffs matching the body and a wider, thicker neckline. These requirements were recorded for the revision review. |
| Care-label placement | The buyer requested the care label at the side seam. Blesstop restated that position for confirmation. |
Show the garment.
Keep the buyer involved.
Blesstop sent photographs of the brown colourway during bulk production, followed by further images and fit-review material. The buyer responded positively to the updated photographs and asked to see the other colourway.

From the brief
to freight handover.
The project moved from the initial brief and sample review to production photographs, a packing list and handover to the customer’s nominated freight warehouse.
Confirm construction and quantity
The brief changed from a sweatshirt to jacquard knitwear. The order was confirmed at 200 pieces across two colourways, with a size breakdown discussed for each colour.
Review the physical sample
Sample photographs and video led to specific comments on thickness, colour, wording, neckline, cuffs and labels. Alternative knit and colour references were exchanged.
Share production photographs
Further garment photographs were supplied during production and fit review. The buyer’s comments continued through the brown and cream colourway review.
Confirm nine cartons received
The packing list totals 200 garments in nine cartons. The buyer’s nominated freight warehouse subsequently confirmed receipt of nine cartons.
